Purpose
Identification, analysis and support to adjust of processes that allow a new way of efficient and agile execution. Ensure that the redesign of the billing process to the fulfillment of the objectives and is aligned with the strategy over the financial results for ARMITSA contract consumes, supervising compliance and improvement of the IT Vendor.
Accountabilities
•Managing and coordinating the Service Proposal process, across GTS LATAM countries for ARMITSA contract.
•Works on tight deadlines, and have to delegate tasks required to complete a proposal, execution and implementation new request and decommissioning of infrastructure into IBM Datacenters based in Mexico.
•Supports RFS team to meet internal customer needs by giving helpful, making recommendations on how to resolve customer issues, taking orders and facilitating returns, troubleshooting problems and answering complaints.
•Tracking and control the costs associated with ARMITSA contract and GTS LATAM projects.
•Supporting finance team to analysis across GTS LATAM regional stakeholders to reports and trend allocation of ARMITSA budget vs actual and forecast expenses and manage cost through relevant financial analyses.
•Assist with internal and external audit requests.
•Identify and open discussions between IBM & Bank in order to consolidate, decommissioning, resize among others of hardware infrastructure.
•Helps finance manager to drive standardization & process improvement across GTS LATAM.
•Participating to planning Fiscal Year budget plan and forecast plan monthly.
•Managing governance policies and procedures in line with current good practice to identify and advice on governance issues.

Experience
•Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
•Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Outsourcing Contracts, Administration and Finance for IT, Project Administration.
•Agile Methodologies
•Risk Management
•ITIL v3 and Cobit v4 Certification
•Internal Control frameworks
•Experience in administrative and financial management and terms and condition of contracts Outsourcing
•Experience in negotiations with dominant local and global provider/suppliers in the market
•Communication skills: oral, written, presentation, facilitation
•Bilingual English
