Senior IT Project Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Generally has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness of end results and shared responsibility for planning and budgets.This position is highly Customer-facing with the opportunity to work across multiple Wealth Management Functions/Areas and Internal/External IT teams on highly complex, highly challenging, and highly rewarding efforts.


·Manage large projects and programs of work to achieve the program/project’s objectives and business benefits.

·Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with competing priorities and resource requirements.

·Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, estimate costs, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues.

·Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders.

·Manage project teams to deliver projects according to agreed schedule, budget and timelines.

·Apply and enforce the use of Agile methodology processes, tools, and principles for delivery of tasks.

·Provide regular report updates to all stakeholders and project sponsors, including status updates, milestone information and risk and issue information.

·Work with the Regional IT PMO continuously to document Project Management methodology, templates and tools and other PMO initiatives as required.

·Manage IT committees such as Council, Architecture, Operational Readiness and Change Advisory Board.

·Contribute to the development of Agile Team members skills to ensure a consistency of service delivery and expertise, active coaching of junior members of the team.

·Effectively identify and address project-related conflicts.

·Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines.

·Understand and embrace the business and IT strategic direction.

·Verifies team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.

·Identifies scope and impact of project risks and issues; raises and resolves issues.

·Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how areas of IT project leadership collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.

·Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.

What You Will Bring

·Minimum 4-7 years of experience in IT Senior Project Management.

·Excellent knowledge of project management frameworks and governance approaches throughout full life cycle, this may include Agile, Waterfall; Scrum; Hybrid as required.

·Exposure to different project types - ideally with experience of delivering large scale projects, complex business and/or IT Transformation.

·Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management.

·Desirable – a broad understanding of Wealth Management business and related IT requirements (as a plus).

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training

·Bachelor’s degree or higher (Systems/Industrial Engineer)


·Excellent English communication Skills
