What you´ll be doing:
Global Technology Services Enterprise Cloud & Computer Operations Group (GTS-ECCO) provides technology solutions and platforms supporting Global Banking & Markets (GBM), Global Risk Management (GRM), as well as Canadian & International Banking. We serve 21 million customers across 55 countries and almost 87,000 employees.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Coordinate the set-up, execution and support of test batch cycles in all environments while assisting in detailed diagnosis and resolution of batch problems of moderate to high complexity3) Identify, document, recommend and implement solutions to streamline existing batch processes
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• You have 3-5 years of technical working experience with system analysis, with an emphasis on broad exposure to all aspects of systems software and multiple platforms.
You have working experience/exposure to the following technical currencies & job tasks: TSO, ISPF, JCL, IBM/MVS utilities, SAS, CLISTS, CA7, CA-AutoSys, ServiceNow Incident Management, AIX, Intel, HTML, Endevor & Problem Management
• You have the ability to focus on timelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure they are achieved while working in an operations environment where potentially multiple issues are occurring
