As Senior Manager Technology - Global Banking & Markets, you will report to the Country CIO and to the LATAM IT Executive Director - Global Banking & Markets, and will be responsible for managing the systems for all businesses within the Global Banking & Markets, and Global Wholesale Operations in Perú.

·Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills in both languages are essential. Cross-cultural leadership experience is a must.

·You must hold a relevant and recognized degree and proven IT experience with an emphasis on highly complex systems/business initiatives.

·MBA is desirable

Experiencia Laboral

·You must have 10+ years of IT and/or business industry work experience, which includes at least 3 years of experience in managing teams or projects. Typically requires advanced technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines, technologies, and processes.

·You must have expertise in very complex business and technical processes and their implications across the enterprise.

·You must have expertise in project management disciplines/protocols.

Conocimientos Específicos

·You must have thorough knowledge of Capital Markets business including Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Equities financial products.

·You must have expertise in business process engineering/re-engineering disciplines/protocols.

·You must have experience in Agile/DevOps frameworks and practices as well as in technologies to enable efficiencies like automated testing, deployments and service recovery.

·You must be informed and with knowledge of latest technology trends like Cloud, Big Data and IoT.

·Information Security, Architecture and Service Management knowledge and experience is also required.

1.Make a significant contribution to the leadership and continued change management within the department. 2.Independently resolve highly complex, multi-faceted problems, which are often unstructured and without precedent to meet the business needs of the end users.

3.Apply expert financial and technological knowledge to the design of methodologies, models, and/or systems solutions. Systems/Platforms that are/will be managed are as follows: Kondor +BolsaNet, Fidessa, K2, Wall Street.

4.Manage major, multi-disciplinary projects to implement solutions to business problems

oInvolves planning, securing, and scheduling resources.

oOversee the defining of business requirements, processes and preparation of business case proposals.

oOversee the development of testing, conversion, and implementation strategies.

oOversee the development of detailed project plans, the monitoring of progress against planned objectives, the financial review, and securing consensus and co-operation from users and senior management.

5.Provide business support to all units within the scope of accountability. This is made more challenging due to differences in time zones and the variation in the business lines.

oIncluding new and existing product structuring, risk measurement and management, ad hoc queries and MIS, user training, and implementing and operationalizing new systems, processes and procedures including enhancements.

oManaging vendor relationships, user SLAs, contracts and system maintenance arrangements.

oDirecting and ensuring a high level of steady state production support.

oApply industry/technical knowledge to provide solutions that increase business results and/or minimize risk regarding the integration of applications across multiple product systems and delivery channels.

6.Continually acquire and enhance knowledge of both the Bank’s and the Division's business strategies and policies, risk management practices and methodologies, product offerings, financial markets, financial instruments, regulatory requirements, Back Office processes, and rapidly changing technology to be able to provide effective business solutions, services and support to the end user business lines.

7.Drive evolution of Solutions integration process enabling Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines to reduce time to market, effort and cost while ensuring Quality and Information Security. Proper IT Service Management practices should be considered at all times to ensure availability, recoverability and predictability of IT Services.

8.Work in conjunction with the architecture and infrastructure teams to evolve and maintain the IT Solutions platform on the latest relevant technologies to help position and maintain the Bank as the best offer for the offered products and services
